I have always been the entertainer in my Family. At the young age of 8, I was dancing at the local malls and was hired as a crowd performer for mall fashion shows. I started break dancing in the early 80’s then started DJ’ing shortly after and soon became a popular house party DJ along the side of my party crew, The MDA Boyz and manager Sanders Woodall. Later, I met and teamed up with Matt Theriault, The Lumbajack, of Ill Boogie Records and worked along side with some of 80’s Hip Hop recording artist. At the Same time we were DJ’ng weddings, Quincineras, Private Parties, and Performing for local High schools.

In the Mid 90’s I teamed up with well known local L.A. Club DJ, DJ Freddy “Looney Tunes”, and together we were spinning at local clubs in the O.C. and L.A. area. We had the honor and privilege to play along side recorded artist Kool & the Gang, War, Flock of Seagulls, Gap Band, Mariachi Sol De Mexico, Rob Base, Comedians George Lopez, Paul Rodriguez, and many more. This led me to landing a resident position in O.C.’s famous club spot, Pepper’s in Garden Grove, CA. While at Pepper’s, my style of DJ’ing and personality on the Mic landed me a position for Friday Nights after successfully creating fan base of over 100+ for Happy Hour. Yes, Happy Hour. Soon after I took over, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s, and Saturday’s Night spots.

Freddy and I decided to go mobile after the Night Club Scene in O.C. and L.A. started to faze out. We added weddings and parties to our resumes as we started doing weddings, holiday parties and charity events. We teamed up with the local Latino Comedy Circuit and both of us worked along with Latino’s successful and funniest Comedians, Rudy Moreno, George Lopez, Gabriel Iglesias, and Jeff Garcia.

I started up MIX966FM.COM which was based after my idea to bring my air personality persona of my Radio Station KMDA 69.9 FM. While spinning at Pepper’s, I promoting myself with self made air brushed T-shirts and passed out my Mix Tapes.

Since 1986, I has been spinning records and rocking crowds in O.C. and L.A. area. Now, along side with “The Engineer” Fry Weezie, we continue to do what we love the most, share are love and passion for music and making people dance every opportunity possible.
